What to include in your email
- App or SaaS name (e.g. "ColorWell", "Habit Streak")
- App / SaaS version (for iOS apps: Settings → app name → version)
- iOS version + device model (or browser + OS for web)
- What you expected vs what happened
- Screenshot if visual
Subscription management
- iOS apps: Settings → Apple ID (tap your name at top) → Subscriptions. Cancel or change tier here.
- Web SaaS: Sign in → Account → Billing. Cancel or change tier here.
- Refunds: iOS handled by Apple per their policy at reportaproblem.apple.com. Web refunds within 14 days if <10% quota used — email us.
Restore purchases
If you've paid but features are still locked: iOS apps have a "Restore purchases" button in Settings. Web SaaS: sign in with the same email you used to subscribe.
Data export / delete
You can export or delete all your data anytime: email us and we'll do it within 14 days (usually same day). See our privacy policy for details.
Bug reports
Include the steps to reproduce. If it's a crash, the device's crash log helps (Settings → Privacy → Analytics → Analytics Data → find the app name).
Feature requests
Email us. We read every one. The most popular requests get prioritized — repeat requesters earn weight.
Press / business
Email us with "press" or "business" in the subject for a faster reply.
TestFlight beta access
Some iOS apps are still in private TestFlight beta. To request an invite, email us with the subject line TestFlight beta: <App Name>.
